澳洲商業移民條件
根據澳洲移民條例規定：凡申請澳洲移民者必須申請居留權。居留權可保證申請人在澳洲自由的生活、學習和工作。如需暫時離開澳洲，申請人的護照上必須蓋有一個有效的返回居民簽證章，才能保證申請人以一個居民身份再次進入澳洲。
在澳洲，居民權和公民權並非不同。若申請人的居民身份被認可，申請人仍可保留原來的國籍，並可於遷後再申請澳洲公民權。澳洲移民局負責對移民申請進行評審。澳洲移民局根據政策條例來評估申請，無例外情況。申請過程中必須遞交高標準的檔案。任何一種形式的移民申請都必須上交一定數額的申請費，而這些費用將不會退還。
以下是各種商業簽証類別及其附帶條件：
| 商業奇才 |
A. 132 商業奇才(直接永久居留簽証)
1. 過去四年中之任何兩年，你(和配偶共同擁有)的公司資產淨值超過澳幣40萬元
2. 過去四年中之任何兩年，公司營業額超過澳幣300萬元
- 如營業額少於澳幣40萬元，股權需要最少51%
- 如營業額超過澳幣40萬元，股權需要最少30%
- 如上市公司，股權需要最少10%
3. 申請時個人財產超過澳幣150萬元
4. 年齡少於55歲(55歲或以上要有州政府贊助，証明在澳洲之生意計劃能超乎一般經濟效益) |

1. 過去四年中之任何二年，在公司資產淨值超過澳幣20萬元

- 如營業額少於澳幣40萬元，股權需要最少51%
- 如營業額超過澳幣40萬元，股權需要最少30%
- 如上市公司，股權需要最少10%
3. 申請時個人財產超過澳幣90萬元
4. 年齡少於45歲
5. 能操流利商業英語
6. 要提供証明為何要暫住在澳洲做生意

2. 在過去連續二年內個人財產，每一年最少有澳幣225萬元
3. 年齡少於45歲
4. 能操流利商業英語
5. 向洲政府登記及提供以往個人生意背景及到澳洲後之生意計劃
6. 向洲政府指定基金投資澳幣150萬元為期四年，基金戶口名字可以是主申請人或與配偶聯名持有
7. 提供資金來源証明

B. 165 州政府擔保投資基金(四年暫時簽証)到澳洲後轉890或892或893(永久居留簽証)
1. 有三年管理公司經驗及過去五年中有一年擁有該公司10%股份以上或有澳幣75萬元直接投資經驗
2. 過去連續二年內個人財產，每年都超過澳幣112.5萬元
3. 年齡少於55歲
4. 向州政府指定債券投資澳幣75萬元為期四年，債券戶口名字可以是主申請人或與配偶聯名持有
5. 生意計劃得州政府之擔保
6. 到澳洲後四年中有兩年居留於贊助州政府之城市內 |

A. 890 自僱東主(永久居留-在澳洲申請)
1. 所有持有160、161、162、163、164、165簽証者均可申請
2. 在澳洲成立生意兩年
3. 在申請前十二個月內公司資產淨值達到澳幣10萬元
4. 申請前十二個月內，公司營業額達到澳幣30萬元
5. 申請前已僱用至少兩個澳洲公民或永久居民或紐西蘭人超過十二個月
6. 申請前十二個月內，公司資產淨值加上個人在澳洲之資產超過澳幣25萬元
B. 891 在澳洲投資基金(永久居留-在澳洲申請)
1. 申請人已持有162簽証
2. 在取得162簽証後到澳洲居留，之後四年內其中兩年居留在澳洲任何省份
3. 所持有州政府投資基金已滿四年時間
4. 繼續承諾州政府投資或做生意
C. 892州政府擔保自僱東主(永久居留-在澳州申請)
1. 所有持有160、161、162、163、164、165、457獨立簽証者均可申請
2. 在澳洲成立生意兩年
3. 申請前十二個月內，公司營業額達到澳幣20萬元
4. 有州政府贊助
5. 申請前連續十二個月內要符合以下三個條件之其中兩個：
(a) 僱請一個澳洲公民，永久居民或紐西蘭人
(b) 公司資產淨值加上個人在澳洲之資產超過澳幣25萬元
(c) 公司資產值超過澳幣7.5萬元
D. 893 州政府贊助投資基金(永久居留-在澳洲申請)
1. 申請人一定要是165簽証持有者
2. 在取得165簽証後到澳洲居留，之後四年中有兩年居留於贊助州政府之城市內
3. 所持有州政府投資基金已滿四年時間
4. 繼續承諾州政府投資或做生意 |
以上所有移民申請方式，申請人和申請人的隨同申請人必須具備良好的健康狀況，以保證申請人不會對大眾健康構成危害，亦不會成為健康服務機構的負擔。因此所有申請人及其申請人家人必須進行身體檢查和測試。

Five points can also be claimed for those applicants who complete an approved Professional Year in their nominated occupation or a closely related skilled occupation.
I. Credentialed Community language
Five points can also be claimed for those applicants who meet the requirements for credentialed community language.
J. Partner skills
Five points can also be claimed for those where the primary applicant’s partner satisfies the threshold criteria for a visa.
